What financing options do you offer?

At DeLuke Orthodontics we offer various payment options, including:

  1. Office Payment Plan
    An initial down payment is made at the start of treatment, and the remaining balance is paid through interest-free monthly payments over the duration of treatment.
  2. Payment-In-Full at the start of treatment
    A bookkeeping courtesy will be applied to your account if you select this option.
  3. Third Party Financing
    You will have the ability to design your own payment plan with Springstone Patient Financing, allowing you to begin treatment with no down payment and set monthly payments in the amount of your choice.
  4. Flexible Payment Option
    If the Office Payment Plan does not work for you, we may be able to offer you a more flexible payment option. In order to determine if you are a candidate for the Flexible Payment Option, we will need to obtain additional financial information.

Do you accept orthodontic insurance?

  • If you have an orthodontic insurance benefit, your total net cost will be decreased by the amount of the benefit. We will be happy to file all necessary insurance forms/claims on your behalf, and you will then be directly reimbursed by your insurance company. To assist you with determining the details of your benefit, please refer to our Insurance Coverage Confirmation form.

  • You also may have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that can be used to help pay for orthodontic treatment. Please contact the Human Resources department with your employer to determine if this is an option available to you.
