Hi, my name is Crystal. I am the Appointment Coordinator here at DeLuke Orthodontics. I also work in billing and insurance. I have been working with Dr. DeLuke since the very beginning in 2005. I have to say that it has been an amazing experience thus far. I really enjoy meeting new patients and seeing the positive changes they go through along the way. The rest of my team, including Dr. DeLuke, all know that I love to talk and make people laugh (even though my jokes are not always funny)! I feel that having fun is important no matter where you are. When I am not at the office, I love to spend time with my fiance, Dave and my family. Of course, I cannot forget my bunny rabbit, Rubin.

Hi, my name is Heidi Parks I am a Licensed certified dental assistant and I have been a dental assistant for twenty-one years. I joined the DeLuke Orthodontics team in 2005, and there is not a day that I don’t look forward to coming to work with such a great team and great group of patients.

Hello, my name is Ellen. I am a Licensed Certified Dental Assistant. I have worked in the Orthodontic field for the last 15 years. In the fall of 2006, I joined Dr. DeLuke's team.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking and spending time with friends and family. I am also involved with my local church and activities there.

Hi, my name is Tracey and I’m the Patient Coordinator here at DeLuke Orthodontics. I will be the one to help you schedule your first appointment with us! I really enjoy meeting and welcoming new patients into our office. I pride myself in helping you feel comfortable during the first phone call by answering all of the questions you may have. The best part of my job is the fantastic atmosphere here. We all love to have fun and be silly at every opportunity! I was blessed with the chance to join this amazing team in July of 2008 and have enjoyed every moment since!
When I’m away from the office, I like to spend time with my husband and our 2 beautiful children. I also love to travel, downhill ski and cook.

Hi, my name is Missy and I am the Treatment Coordinator here at DeLuke Orthodontics. I have been in the Orthodontic/Dental field for nearly 20 years. I am the proud wife of a Navy Chief and have traveled around the US with our three children for the past 22 years. We recently moved back to New York for our last military tour. I enjoy camping, hiking, traveling and entertaining in my free time. I joined the DeLuke Orthodontics Team in October 2008.

Lindsey Thomas
Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Lindsey and I am a dental assistant here at DeLuke Orthodontics. Although I just recently joined the team, I have been a dental assistant for the past 4 1/2 years. I am currently enrolled in an online course through Hudson Valley Community College to become a Certified Dental Assistant.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and my 2 doggies. I like to be outdoors as much as possible. In the summertime I enjoy being on the lake and in the winter months I like to downhill ski.

Hello! My name is Renee DeLuke. I work in Human Resources here at DeLuke Orthodontics. Although I usually work “behind the scenes”, I love interacting with our patients and parents. I feel so fortunate to work with such a great team! I am married to Dr. DeLuke and when I’m not at work, I love being a mom to our daughters, Gianna and Kendall.
